With so many people to help in this world, we’ve decided to turn to our neighborhood this month and help out a local high school. Because they don’t have a charity foundation, according to MDCPS regulations, we’re not allowed to disclose individual names or the name of the school. We just want to be good samaritans and help these kids as soon as possible. There are currently 56 children enrolled at this school who are in a homeless program.
These children are in need of school supplies (from pencils, to binders, to backpacks, to loose leaf paper… you name it). We are asking all you CubeFitters to help us raise some goodies and set these kids up for success. You don't have to spend an extra money if you just look in your closets and donate that old backpack you haven’t used in three years! Maybe you bought extra supplies for your own child and they haven't been used, bring them to the cube and we can make sure they don't go to waste! It’ll be in good hands! If you don’t have time to go shopping for supplies or don’t know what to get, Coach Diana will be happy to do the shopping in your name.
