MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST

THIS IS NOT A TERMINATION REQUEST

 

If your schedule changes or, you experience a personal emergency and need to suspend your membership for 30 days or more (no less, please), complete the form below for the desired time.

 

Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than two (2) business day before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Any membership hold requests which we receive later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

 

Membership hold requests are limited to one time per calendar year for either, (min) 30 days, 60 days or (max) 90 days. Upon the expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
