Course Info:
This course is for beginners only, and we only accept 15 people per session.

You will work directly with your assigned coach up to 6 days per week.
Workouts are designed to teach you about CrossFit in a safe, fun, and encouraging way and gradually increase your fitness level.
Need to miss a couple days or a week or more? No problem. Make up sessions are available.

There are only 15 spots available in each session, and once they are full, that's it.

FAQ'S
Q: I want to attend, but I know I am traveling for one or two of the weeks.
A: Not a problem. Make up sessions are available.

Q: I can attend one of the days, but the other day does not work for me.
A: Not a problem. We have other beginner classes you may attend to make up for any missed sessions.

Q: I haven't worked out in months, years, decades, etc. I don't think I'm ready
A: This course is designed specifically for beginners. Your coach will scale and/or modify all workouts to fit your abilities.

Q: I have an injury that prevents me from squatting/running/pressing/pull-ups/push-ups/etc.
A: Our coaches are trained to tailor every movement we ask our members to do to meet your current level of fitness. One of the first things you will do is talk to your Coach about your health history, current body issues, and your short and long term goals so that we can help you reach them.
